Does anyone know why the My EE app logs me out automatically? Please can someone help me

Can you try deleting the app and reinstalling, does the same happen?

Yes, it's happened ever since the new version 5.0 of my EE app came out

I had to clear all app data for it to stop logging out on my phone every time. Been ok since.
