When is app coming back into use? Last minute updating has been going on since yesterday

The My EE app should be working for you, can you access your My EE account online? 

Can you try removing the app and reinstalling, does this work for you?

Ee app never work with shop. Always showing message our engineers working on it. Almost 4 months same after they upgraded to new application
