EE app problems

I've been with EE for a couple years now, I'm a broadband and mobile customer. I haven't been able to access the app for months now nor can I log in online properly when I try to access my products I get the same error message saying that the service is down. I had a schedule for my son's WiFi whilst he was at school and I cannot turn it back on because I can't access the app. I've contacted several members of EE, tried everything they have suggested, and yet I still cannot sign in, I'm getting an error message every time. I can't even check bills or an order I made for a new line that was sent to a shop out of my area for collection. I cannot have a friend collect it. I pay a lot for my lines and broadband and the perks of being with EE is because the app allows you to do so much and easily control but I'm disappointed I've still not got access to it

@Emma3011 , have you made sure that you have the latest app, as they do update them?

If you have, I would suggest ringing customer service and getting them to do an account refresh, uninstall the app and after rebooting, reinstall the app and log in again and see if that works.

Are you trying to log in at night or during the day? As updates and maintenance are done at night.
