I’ve not been able to use EE app for months the app won’t open keeps coming up sorry wee are having technical difficulties at the moment try closing the app and try later this has been going on for months

I have exactly the same problem.
I hope someone from Tech Support will see this thread and reply to us with a fix.
I deleted the app, reinstalled it, same issue.

@Nick871 @Ionelflutur You need to call customers services and request that they reset your online account. Sometimes when EE do account maintenance this happens and the only way to resolve this is by reporting it back and getting your account reset. EE do not know whose accounts have this login error until you report it back to them.

The ee app is the worst app I've ever used to say they are supposed to be the country's leading phone network they can't get an app to work properly. Its down again today when I'm trying to upgrade!

Yes bit even your website won't work now says my information can't be validated when I try and log in I've tried the app and the desktop site

@Vicki3780 Try it now, the app and online accounts have been down. It’s working for me now.
