I am trying to open the EE app since I bought my SIM card but it says 'we're having difficulty right now.'
I uninstalled and reinstalled over 10 times over different days but it just doesn't seem to work.

@Afnan92, I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to reset it and you will be able to register with the app again.

@Afnan92 , have just checked, My EE App is working, worth trying again now and see if it is working for you, could be down to maintenance, it should say so though. Might be worth speaking to customer service about this. Have you been able to log into your account via the web?

Yea it logs in normally through the web, however app is not working for almost 2 weeks now
I checked now again and it still havent worked

Shame they dont operate a longer working day to take calls later in the evening when you find such as 'You cant use your app'
Finding ee is **bleep**ing me off. Also bad reception or cant get the internet.

I would have expected a small shift to take calls later at night as some of us work anywhere upto 15 hours a day. A big company like ee could afford,im sure,to employ a skeleton crew to help CUSTOMERS who find a issue. Unfortunately these issues can arise at anytime,understood. But i had no way with no app or support until i found the community to resolve the matter.
Now knowing this community group,i am pleased to say all is good. Well done Community!
