EE Login Issue

Unable to login to EE account. I keep getting this message.
Due to recent activity with your account, we've blocked this attempt to sign in. Please try again later. If this continues to happen please contact us
I am having the same issue, and i cannot make outgoing calls, so I cant call 150, i dial any number including 150 and they they say calling.... then just disconnects. I have no other phone to call the other numbers.
I can use 4g, i can receive incoming calls, I can receive incoming calls using wifi calling.
Also i've had no contact via text, or email saying anything about the "recent activity" or why you have blocked my account.
You have managed to take payment successfully...

yes I had restarted, turned it off and on again.
The solution was to eject the sim card and re insert it.
I can now make and receive calls.
I still don't know why my ee login is blocked though.
