EE App Poor performance. Cannot complete speed test

EE App is one of the worst functioning Apps available

I have NEVER been able to run a speed test successfully using any of the app speed test options.

This has been the same ever since I changed from the BT App to the EE app.

I can see that many other users have problems.

WHY Don't EE Fix this poorly performing app????????

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
