Discovery+ (TNT Sports) activation issue on the EE app

We're aware of some issues with  Discovery+ activation via the EE app. Some customers aren't seeing the activation tile in the ‘Plans and Subscriptions’ section.

We’re investigating this issue, but you can activate this via the web in the meantime at https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions

 Ee know about this it’s been happening to some customers for months and just keep saying be sorted at  a date but never is.

Last time I spoke to ee said no date for this to be sorted 

but is in contract

The link doesn’t work 

been told by lots of people at re only way  I can activate discovery plus Apple TV is through the app that doesn’t work 

still can’t access bills 

this has been like this for months sure if it was payments it would be sorted

Yes, I currently do have a monthly SIM account with EE which will probably be end the contract in June and that's the issues I encounter in this couple of days 😭.

I loss my job recently and just want to end it peacefully without paying any extra money in this June.

Please kindly help me get it done.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to help you with your TNT Sports and take your notification to cancel.

Not working for me either. the link takes me nowhere. its been 2 weeks and i cant link Discovery +

I have 2 account numbers on my account (an old one which was cancelled and the active one) I think this is what causing the issue. rang few times and each time they say they need to either link the 2 account s as they cant delete it and i need to wait 72 hours its been 4 times 72 hours now.

Left Sky for something better!!

I've had a similar problem. TNT Sport working fine on BT. New contract for FTTP yesterday and meant to carry over TNT Sport now have no ability to view TNT Sport on Discovery as declares there is no payment method. I'm awaiting result of my enquiry today.

09/10/24 why is this still not working, march you posted this and its still an issue, will we get refunds for the false advertising, came over to EE with promises and they haven’t fulfilled the contract.
