Our app can sometimes have maintenance through the night, but if you're still having trouble with this today, I would recommend checking to make sure both your handset and the EE app itself are up to date.
A fresh install can often help resolve issues too.
If you continue to struggle from there, please give our team a call; here they can gift your data manually from our end and help investigate your issues further too.
