I need some help please. I am trying to order my son a mobile but getting Account Deactivated. How do I get this resolved  ?

I have asked for help 3 times re my account saying its deactivated. Can someone contact me to help get this resolved asap.

@802 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

 

How's it been deactivated? Did you cancel your contract or has a PAYG SIM gone into hibernation?
