Data roaming charges off

Hi, please can you confirm that my data is turned off on EE. I have an eSim so I need to keep my data roaming on. 

 

I did speak to someone and the said it was all ok and I will have no extra charges. I just want extra confirmation

You should be able to check this in your My EE Account.

We can't access your account in the community.
