I can't gift data via the app or the website. On the website I see the option to Gift Data but nothing happens. On the app I don't even see the option. I have uninstalled /reinstalled the app, but still same problem. I have unlimited so allowed to gift 120gb, my husband is on EE and on my account. Please help as he is currently abroad and needs it, thanks

That would normally be the expected behaviour of there not being any phones available to gift to.
If you're confident both lines are on the same pay-monthly billing account, and the app is behaving differently to the website, this sounds like an account-specific issue.
You should therefore contact EE-CS on 150 who have account access, this may need a single-user fault raising for the underlying issue.

Have you been able to gift via the app previously?
Has your husband travelled abroad since your most recent bill-date? Or was he already abroad on bill-refresh?
I can't recall specifics, but there are some quirks around sharing data whilst roaming.

Never tried before. I just cant see the option to gift via the app. On the website i see the tag to gift but when i click on it notjing happens i dont get optipn to select who to gift to

Its irrelevant as i dont see the opripm tp gift via the app. Ive rekbstalled but stkll dont get it. He is in France..

Good! France is not a country where difficulties can arise with gifting data while roaming. I rest my case!
