Data Gifting

I want to gift data to a family member who’s contract is also in my name but I can’t find this family usage section of the app anywhere, the help page doesn’t indicate how to get to it. Saw that it might have been moved to the mobile plan section of that app but I click that and don’t see anything about data gifting.

Have you been able to gift data to this number previously? 

Do you have both numbers on the same bill?

I already tried this and it didn’t work for me. The data gifting section doesn’t appear
