I'm trying to create an account, this has been verified but still can't log in. It says don't forget you still need to add an account. What account? Can't get through to talk to anyone on 150. Can anyone help me please?

You have created your a/c OK by the very fact you've been able to post here. What are you trying to do with the a/c? Are you trying to buy something?
