Change username of online account

Hi,

I have recently moved from Small Business account to Consumer account, keeping same numbers. My current username is linked with my business email address. I would like to change it to personal email address. Kindly guide.

Thanks for the help. Yes, I was able to change my contact email address.😊

But, I am unable to change the username mentioned under the "login information" section. When I click to edit login username, it shows an option mentioned below. On clicking "Send Passcode", nothing happens - no passcode is sent to either my earlier or current email address.

Sorry, you're right. I should've referred you to changing your Username under Login info. Still you found it nearby in the Profile. It should be sending a passcode to the new email addy.
