You can update your address within your My EE account. 

Alternatively, please give our customer care team a call who will be happy to help get this updated for you.

Why does process have to be sooo complicated, I just want to change my address, if you are going to mention use the

"My EE Account" then please say specifically how to get to the change address section, because it does no show in the app

To update your address, please login to My EE in your web browser and select Menu > Account settings > Your address.
