Cant upgrade

I could get a standard upgrade from the 17th of September but haven't been able to get one the app is useless keeps saying server issue and the website keeps telling me there are no suitable plans I've been with ee for 4 years and never had a problem till now!

Same issue here.. doesn't matter what device you look at it all says no plans available. I'm tempted to have a look at o2
