My date of birth is the wrnd month on the ee app, but the tech guys say they have the correct one, I can't change it on the app, and if it can't be changed I can't link my account and view my bills etc. Help!!!

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? When you do this please use the same email address that you used for the EE ID when ordering broadband.
If this still shows incorrect, please get back in touch with our broadband guides to get the account set up looked into and see what is needed to get this resolved for you.

It sounds like you may have slightly different info in your online account profile to what's logged on your account.
Is it pay monthly mobile, pay as you go, or broadband that you're looking to link here?
