Cant log into account

Can't log into account on iPhone 11 (new) but can login on other devices

Ive not been able to log in for months, keeps telling me my password is wrong, so i change it and then it still wont let me in, changed it several times and cant access my account, sim only so might cancel

Which error message do you see after resetting your password then trying to login?

It just says either my email address or password is incorrect, i can log into my account via this platform but not the ee app

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app, @Ants70?
