When I try to log in on app it says go to website. When I go to website and sign in I only get my name on profile nothing else.
Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem.
I want to transfer some data to a family member and both the app and the website are the same.
EE are you going to make an announcement?

I'm having the same issues, also phone line and text service 150 is down too. All I want to do is pay my bill!

Same here on both app & website on iPhone and Amazon fire tablet. Also keeps asking me to verify that I’m not a robot.

I was told by ee yesterday they’re having lots of issues with the app, so wonder if they’ve just pulled it. I was speaking to them as the app was reading my broadband router speed as 75Mbps when all other speed tests show the 500Mbps I should be getting

I just spoke to someone at EE and it sounds like all of their systems are down currently.

Just spoke to them and they said it should be back up in about 2 hours or so.
