Cannot check how much you're going to take out my bank

The android app and your website will not allow me to see my bill amount. The same bill I've received a text about a few days ago.

Hi @SteveQuinn 

Have you tried logging into your online account? 

Or text BA to 150. 

I would try clearing the cache and data for the EE app under settings. Then start the app. 

I also get the same message so the app I under maintenance.
