I am so fed up with the EE app which won’t allow me to gift data. The same screen keeps coming up with they can’t access that information and please close the app and try again. I had to actually go into a store to get them to do it for me. I have tried deleting and reloading the app. That hasn’t worked either.
Any ideas?
