Can't add account/number to My EE

Hi, Joined EE last week, Number Port completex earlier today.

I've successfully created a My EE account, but when I try to add my Number to the account, I keep getting an error message.

Do I need to give it another day or so for the dust to settle on the Port? I purposely DIDN'T set a My EE account up before the number was with EE.

Yes, I'd allow 24 hours for your new number to be picked up by the system.
