When I log into my online account and go onto current usage. I get a message saying sorry we cannot find that page. Has anyone else encountered this please and how do I fix it thanks

Are you able to try another browser?
If you still can't view it, you can text AL to 150.

Same here - it comes and goes on the app and online for some reason.
no one has a clear answer so, as strange as it seems, it appears that texting 150 for allowances is the most effective way to get that info.

Can you text BALANCE to 150, do you get a reply with the details?
