Can't access EE app on my phone

I can't access my account on my mobile phone, which is very annoying as try to keep track of my data.

Could you try deleting and re-downloading it please? Let us know if it's then working.

I have tried it 4or5 times nothing I

have to go into my browser to access

the  app which is a pain and time consuming

Just doesn't load shows the app EE logo with a buffering circle

If you view the app in your app store, does it show any available updates?
