Can get on app doing maintance look like all weekend

Do you mean you have not been able to use the My EE App? I have just checked, and mine is ok, need more information in order to help you. 

Maintenance is usually done at night, not during the day for the app. Do you have the latest one, or are you still trying to use an old one.

Have you made sure that you have the latest one?
