or similar to the main EE website. I can see it when in the Community but not on the main site, whether logged into MyEE or not.

This makes it awkward to browse things or even impossible.

Examples:

  1. To buy an EE PAYG SIM: I would use "Shop" above & it would present me with a menu incl. "EE SIMs". W/out it I cannot get to it except by searching the site's Help ("What are you looking for?").
  2. To find my various products under MyEE: I would use "MyEE" above & then "My Products". W/out it it is impossible.

Totally agree. The new UX is confusing and not seamless across platforms.

The My EE website shows an area called ‘Data remaining’ which is called ‘Control centre’ in the mobile app. Unsurprisingly, there is actually nothing to ‘control’ inside ‘control centre’, instead it just mirrors the data graph on the website.

If EE surveyed its users, I’m pretty sure the majority would have preferred the old navigation and layout, rather than just changing it because some UI lead thinks it looks good.

I think the My EE app should mirror the website at the very least. I’m a software developer, and it really isn’t hard to render a web view in an iOS and Android app, in fact I’ve done it multiple times. It also makes the devs life’s easier by not having to submit a new app revision every 5 minutes.

Thanks,
Alex

Since the website has changed, i cannot find the 'log off' tab which used to be included in the menu.
When closing the page. I have been able to use search and re enter website WITHOUT logging in again.

Am I missing something.?  Take it the site has been upgraded, reming the green banners.

@DEVROD128 : "Log Out" can be found under your Profile ('P').

Thanks for your feedback @XRaySpeX and @Alex_M

I'll pass it on to the My EE team for you now.

James

Thank you for the info.   The original website (in common with most others) had the  "sign in- sign out tab at top of page, either top right OR within the main menu.    Anyway, thanks again.

The previous navigation menu bars made it much easier to navigate around different parts of the website.
