Two payments have been made on my account I paid on the 23rd and you have taken a payment again today

Thanks for coming here. 

If you have a direct debit set up and make a card payment the direct debit could still be taken and leave your account in credit towards the next bill. If you would like a refund for the extra payment please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
