App says “We have to stop here” when I can trying to link my ee number

I am using pay as you go. It was working before but now it not working any more.
I tried to reach ee store and the staff said they cannot help me.
so now I am not able to check my ee usage and set up direct debit.
this is the screen when I tried to link my number again.
