I am using pay as you go. It was working before but now it not working any more.
I tried to reach ee store and the staff said they cannot help me.
so now I am not able to check my ee usage and set up direct debit.
this is the screen when I tried to link my number again.

Have you tried calling the 0800 number that has been provided?

You can't pay for PAYG on DD.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
