Hi there,
I’ve recently changed providers to EE, have set up the app and put all info in. But it’s not loading anything on the home page and shop is saying I can’t view it as I’m not the account holder but I am. Have ticked bill payer too as it’s only my number on this account. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, logged out etc. removed number from the accounts and tried it again but no luck.
Can anyone help? TIA
