App not available AGAIN

How many ‘last minute updates’ are needed in one week? Accessing the app and having the ability to turn off wifi on individual devices is the ONLY reason I use EE but I never seem to be able to do it when I need to.

@NC008  EE will do this as many times as needed to sort any issues with accounts/their servers/any  upgrades that are required.  This will be done when it’s not going to affect the majority of customers. So late at night,

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@NC008 , why not set up times to have individual devices set up times or do it earlier in the evening and make sure that the devices are then turned off at a set time rather than late at night, must be possible to do that, I would have thought. I am not using the hub but Netgear, so only making a suggestion, as I do not need to do this, personally.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
