When will the app be fixed ?? Need to get into the WiFi to take restrictions off for my son as it’s the holidays.

Same! Had to log into my router via internet search bar and reset the hub to factory settings. This wipes the restrictions. Kids are now online even though app still not working. Will need to set up the schedules again now when back on. Hate EE.
