I'm disappointed to hear that you're facing some trouble when trying to log into the EE app last night. Hopefully, you're able to access this again today. But if you're still experiencing the same issues when logging into the EE app and your main online account, then please call our team. They'll be able to double check your access and make sure this is resolved moving forward.
