Like others I cannot use either the app or website. The website will not let me log on, there’s just a generic sorry there’s a problem message. I’ve tried three different browsers on three different devices (iOS, Android and Windows operating systems).
The app lets me log in but I cannot access the bills and payments section or plans and subscriptions.
I have cleared caches and uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have live chatted and spoken both to one of your customer service agents and one of the technical guys. I did everything he suggested, to no avail and was told a ticket would be raised to pass it on to whoever. This was almost two weeks ago. Nothing has changed and I don’t have the intestinal fortitude to phone again. Is anyone in a position to tell me anything useful about when this widespread problem will be resolved?

Welcome to the community.
I'm not sure why you're having this problem. I've done some tests on my own personal account and can log in and out with no problem.
I can only suggest continuing to speak to our technical support team so they can check on the ticket that they raised for you.
