App always being "improved"

The payment app is constantly being fiddled with. Why?

 

Trying to pay my bill, can't.  App being improved, but when it's finally back up its no different. Then I'm getting reminder texts to pay my bill as if its my fault its not been paid.

@MikeR84  You might not see a difference because it’s backend stuff and it’s your account that’s offline and the app is a link to your account.     EE do this late a night to cause the least disruption to their customers. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
