Why is the EE app saying it’s being updated and I can’t get access why isn’t this being done in early hours

Thanks for coming to the community.

If there is any maintenance being carried out on the EE app, it will be done from late in the evening and overnight, where the traffic using the app is lowest.

If you are having trouble logging in today, please let us know.
