Am I logged in or not?

I log in. I go to upgrades, it tells me the system can't log me in. Erm, c'mon, I'm already in!

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Could you try clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser, do you get the same error message when you select upgrades on the EE Shop?
