After months still cannot link account to device

On this account (Business), and 2 of my other personal accounts, it is still impossible to access the accounts as the system is unable to link accounts. 

This has been an ongoing issue since 2024 per the comments in this forum. It is absolutely unbelievable that a company of this size can leave their customers without access to their account because of a bug. 

I have called 150 from all of the devices over and over, they either argue there is no issue/it has been fixed, or lie and say someone will call you back tomorrow because they are unable to do anything. 

What an absolute joke this company is.

The only advice I can give you is to speak with our Business Support team, so that they can open a ticket and a complaint against your account.

This is NOT a solution, why have you marked it as such? Were you able to understand the following?

Multiple of your fake tickets have been created, in over a year since I have been having this issue on my other phone not once has anyone ever replied to me after that phone goes down. Stop fobbing off your customers, do your job, and get a solution.
