everytime I try to add my Mobile to my account so I can keep on top of billing etc it doesn’t let me and says there’s an error how do I do it can someone help me please do I need to call ?

Are you adding the number to an existing pay as you go or pay monthly EE account?
Have you recently transferred a number from another network to the EE Pay as you go SIM card?
