Add device to account

Hey,

I just wondered why it won’t let me add another device to my EE account?

I currently have my phone and a watch on contract with EE but wanted to add another device. It won’t let me. I have no outstanding payments or anything like that.

thank you

Welcome to the Community, @Lphillips27 😊

With our pay monthly contracts, all customers have an internal credit class that determines the number of lines they can have active on their account.

This is determined by your initial credit check, along with how you manage your account and payments.

If you give our team a call, they'll be able to say for sure what you're entitled to, and in some instances we can send off a credit referral for adding extra lines, too.

@Lphillips27 : What does it say when you try?

Is it on contract or PAYG?
