Add EE Community Access Inside the App to Avoid Repeated Logins

It would be really useful if the EE app included a built-in section for accessing the EE Community directly.

Right now, whenever we visit the community via the web, we have to log in repeatedly using passkeys or SMS verification. This adds unnecessary friction, especially for users who check the community often for support, updates, or discussions.

Integrating EE Community access within the app—with automatic authentication tied to the logged-in account—would streamline the experience significantly. It would save time, reduce repeated login steps, and encourage more engagement from users.

Hope the team considers this improvement.

I checked EE app and after 45 minutes also the session is working which means we can use EE app and do one time login to community and then we don’t have to use web browser to open EE community because it asks for authentication each time while EE app way of login keeps you logged in.

@RKYadav  You can access the community from the app,  it’ll just open the web browser on your device as the app isn’t linked to the EE Community but you’ll still login as it’s different from your EE account, the app is just a portal to your EE account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

not sure what is going on, but it keeps asking for a passkey, when I try to create one, it goes straight back to the login screen.

then it started to just keep refreshing, and now I am blocked from ee.co.uk, except community.ee.co.uk

so I can not even login to purchase anything, I'm guessing it thinks it was DOS attack and has blocked my IP address, all because it says I have a passkey setup, if I try to login via passkey it fails and I have to login via codes set to my email and sms.

I am logged in via EE app community help link, I’ll see if session won’t expire then all good if session will expire in 5-10 min and I need to relogin then that’s the whole point I’m raising here that session should not expire if EE app is opening community
