Account holder

It keeps saying I’m not the account holder when I am. I can’t view my phone bill or nothing. What do I do?

@azeem7861  You need to change your user setting on your account from user to account holder 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming here. 

If you log into your My EE account online and select Manage Numbers, you should have the option to change to account holder.
