When will I be able to access my account??

I'm in hospital and have to add data

Please help

Hope you get it sorted ASAP. I am stuck, but not as bad as being in hospital! I didn't get any warning, did you? Am I missing notifications? Get Well Soon!

Have you been able to try logging in on both the EE app and My EE online?
