Access to account

Why cant I access my EE account ALL weekend. I needed to change a schedule time which I had and I cant. This has cause a big problem not happy at all

I'm sorry if app updates and maintenance are causing you an inconvenience when trying to access the app at certain times. It's certainly not our intention to cause disruption and we try to keep any maintenance to times where we see less people needing to use our app.
