Been trying for months to access my account after switching to EE and finally found out how ! You need to register for account. You would think that you had an account wouldn’t you once you’re up and running and trying to speak, yes.actually speak to a person , after all it is a communication company, is hopeless.
so login in the app then find register for an account and away you go! I’m not as old and daft as I thought I was 😊

@Dolly444 An account needs a password that you set for the account so without you actually creating an account with a password that you can access you don’t have one. Just like any other online account for utility services it has to be linked to you.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
