Absolutely awfull Network!!!

Moved to EE few months back from 02, worst mistake I ever made, apps always down! They don't take the subscription money when they should, cuts you off when they don't take the money out the bank, them when you speak to them, they tell you I have to wait untill the service is back up and running befor I can make payment - am actually gobsmacked.... well, I'll be going to get my 02 mobile phone contract back next week! EE this really isn't good enough......

@Paul0603  The app goes offline for account maintenance when it will cause the most least destruction.  This is usually around midnight and obviously they can not do that during the day.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
