Hi, I've been with Orange/EE since 1999 (I'm that old) and this is the first time I've ever really had issues with getting hold of anyone when calling 150, is it like this all the time now? the main reason I've stayed loyal over the years is because its been easy to get to speak to someone previously..... I'm endlessly on hold and feeling frustrated!.... wondered if it was just me

The call is free on pay monthly contracts. Not much that can be done if EE staff are managing other customers, just have to wait your turn.
Alternatively go into an EE store.

General queries can be posted onto this forum, there's just no account access here.
EE have, for many years, made it a priority to retain UK-based CS. I dare say that has some impact.
