I HONESTLY THINK EE DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO CONTACT THEM.  I WAS ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS THEN SAW NO REPLY AT THE TOP OF THE EMAIL.  NNMY MESSAGE COULD NOT BE SENT.

I AM ELDELRY AND HAVE VISUAL PROBLEMS  AND AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH PC TECHNOLOGY.  I HAVE NO ONE TO HELP ME USE THIS COMPLICATED PC.  ALSO, THE ADVICE SENT ME RE MODIFICATIONS TO THE MOBILE I NEED FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS SUCH AS A  LARGER SCREEN ARE RIDICULOUS AND SHOW NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION PEOPLE FACE AS TIME MARCHES ON.  I WAS NOT SURE ANYONE WOULD RESPOND.  grrrrrrr.  I TYPED THIS TO SEE IF ANYONE WOULD ANSWER.  THE SITE IS DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE AND TO FIND OBVIOUS BUTTONS.      I FIND TRYING TO USE THIS UNHELPFUL SITE WEARING.

I'D RECOMMEND VISITING YOUR LOCAL EE STORE SO A MEMBER OF THE TEAM CAN TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR PHONE SETTINGS. THEY MAY BE ABLE TO INCREASE THE TEXT SIZE FOR EASIER READING.
