Waiting to collect my phone

I ordered a iPhone 17pro max phone contract for store collection 14days ago now and have not received any email or text since the day of order. Also the tracking does not work on the app.

@Dyton-96    Is that a tracking number or an order number?    And the store will contact you when it’s there for collection.  

you ordered a iPhone pro max as there  are nine versions of the pro max could you narrow that down a bit to colour and storage size.

Order number. 256gb cosmic orange. 
I just want to know how much longer this can take as I’ve cancelled my current contract with Vodafone and only have a week left till it cuts off.

I've had a check of this iPhone model, and and it's showing as in stock and ready to deliver as soon as next day, so it seems very odd that you've been waiting 14 days here. 

I would definitely recommend giving our team a call, and if you follow the options towards billing, once connected with a Guide ask to speak with web sales.
