Upfront payment taken but no email confirmation

Hi Guys 

Merry Christmas, Just to say I ordered an apple device online since the 24th of December - A £30 upfront payment was taken from my account since and up till now I haven't got a confirmation email or order reference so I can track the order. can anyone kindly help with the next steps to take to find my tracking number - I have checked the junk and spam folders and nothing there yet

@Tonywilliemss  You’ll be sent a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.  It’s also Christmas so you should expect delays.    It might be worth calling customer support to see if they can provide you with more information. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
